REGISTRATION

Our event has a protection plan, approved by the health authorities. It describes the measures implemented by our association, following the decisions taken by the Federal Council on June 23, 2021 (large events of more than 1,000 people), and the cantonal health authorities.
 

WE URGE YOU to pre-register online (participants and staff). This will greatly facilitate the organization. 

If necessary, on-site registration will also be available.

The entrance fee for the whole weekend is CHF 10.00 / person from 16 years old.

ACCES TO STEEL TROPHY#3

To access the event, you need:

- a registration 
- To have a " Covid-19 certificate " (PCR test valid for 72 hours, or antigenic test, valid for 48 hours), for any person over 16 years old who wants to access the site. Please note that you must have this certificate at all times. Controls may be carried out.

 

The STEEL TROPHY#3 must meet the criteria of an event with the "Covid-19 certificate".
This certificate consists of:

- a vaccination against COVID-19 (COVID-19 vaccination certificate),
or
- recovery from SARS-CoV-2 infection (COVID-19 certificate of recovery)
or
- a negative test result for SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19 test certificate);

The certificate must be presented in paper format or via the "Covid Certificate" application.

This application has been developed to check the authenticity and validity of a Swiss and European Covid-19 certificate.

In order to save time at the site entrances, consider downloading this app before you arrive.

The "Covid-19 certificate" will be requested at the entrance with your registration as well as with an official identification document (passport, identity card, residence permit or driving license). A comparison between the two documents will be made.

Important note: only official identity documents (Swiss or foreign) are accepted for the identity check, excluding any other document (e.g., driving license or residence permit).

We kindly ask you to proceed with the Covid-19 PCR tests (valid for 72 hours arriving Friday) or antigenic tests (valid for 48 hours), BEFORE YOUR ARRIVALS ON THE SITE,for the sake of rapidity at the entrances, so that we can manage the flow of people as well as possible.

However, we have set up a nasal antigenic test center on the site, where you will have the possibility to do the test. The "Covid-19 certificate" can be obtained on site. 

- Swiss nationals: Free of charge on presentation of the insurance card 
- European citizen: A fee of CHF 30.00 will be charged to the person being tested 
- Other situation*: A fee of CHF 30.00 will be charged to the person being tested.
(*including Swiss or European nationals who cannot present their insurance card).

The test center will be open :

- Friday from 05:00 pm to 07:00 pm

- Saturday from 08:00 am to 12:00 am and from 04:00 pm to 08:00 pm

- Sunday from 08:00 am to 12:00 am 

Please take this into account if you want to be tested, as well as to download the requested application in advance.
 

A system of bracelets is in place to facilitate access controls. You will receive 1 colored bracelet per day.

Additional information

Participants with symptoms compatible with Covid-19 are not allowed to attend the event.
 

People wishing to have masks: you will be able to buy masks when you arrive at our site. Hydro-alcoholic gel is also available at several locations during the event. We pay particular attention to the proper cleaning of contact surfaces.

We count on the individual responsibility of each person regarding their behavior. Please remember to respect those who are not comfortable with the current situation.

 

By respecting these prescriptions, we will be able to hold an event in a safe and secure environment, without masking or distancing. 
Otherwise, we simply risk the immediate closure of our event by the authorities...
